- A 51-year-old Mississippi man bit off another man's nose after getting into an argument over a game of golf.
- The two men had been arguing about the game for several hours when the assailant, Mark Wells grabbed the other man by the head and ripped off his nose with his teeth. Wells has been charged with one count of felony mayhem. He was bailed out within an hour of being arrested.
- If convicted Wells could face up to seven years in prison. That's a pretty lengthy prison sentence, but unlike his golf buddy, it's no skin off his nose.
