As the primary election for Los Angeles Mayor quickly approaches, Rick Caruso has received an endorsement synonymous with Los Angeles... Snoop Dogg!
Caruso is currently one of the leading contenders for Los Angeles Mayor. In recent polls, Caruso and Karen Bass were neck-to-neck leading the campaign.
As of writing, there are currently three major candidates still in the race: Rick Caruso, Karen Bass, and Kevin de León.
In the zoom call with Caruso, Snoop Dogg said:
“You got my support,”
“We’re a part of whatever you’re a part of, as far as bringing love to the community and keeping people there that were a part of the community.”
In recent days, Karen Bass also received an endorsement from former candidate and City Attorney Mike Feuer. Feuer dropped out of the race for Los Angeles Mayor a few days back and quickly endorsed Bass. Caruso also received an endorsement from another former candidate in recent days. Councilman Joe Buscaino endorsed Caruso as the next Mayor of Los Angeles.
Snoop Dogg joins a list of A-List celebrities that have backed Caruso. Gwenyth Paltrow, Ted Sarandos of Netflix, and Scooter Braun have all backed the billionaire developer for Mayor Los Angeles.
JJ Abrams, Ari Emanuel, and rapper Donald Glover a.k.a Childish Gambino have backed Rep. Karen Bass for Mayor of LA.
The primary election in Los Angeles takes place on June 7th!
