BUENA PARK (CNS) - A pedestrian was struck by an SUV and killed in Buena Park, and police today sought the public's help to find the hit-and-run motorist.
The man was fatally injured about 9:50 p.m. Tuesday on Western Avenue north of Orangethorpe Avenue, said Buena Park police Sgt. Chad Weaver. His name was not immediately released.
The vehicle was described as a blue mid-size SUV, which sped away westbound on Orangethorpe Avenue, Weaver said. No description was available of the motorist.
