ANAHEIM (CNS) - A 76-year-old woman last seen in Anaheim has been reported missing, police said today.
Fulila Akoteu was last seen at approximately 9 a.m. Thursday near Ball Road and Empire Street, according to the California Highway Patrol, which issued a Silver Alert on behalf of the Garden Grove Police Department.
Akoteu is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 260 pounds, has white hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a long black dress and black shoes and is believed to be on foot.
Anyone with information about Akoteu or knows of her whereabouts was asked to call 911.
The Silver Alert program was established by the CHP to issue and coordinate alerts involving the unexplained or suspicious disappearance of elderly, developmentally disabled or cognitively impaired individuals.
