9-Year-Old's Lemonade Stand Raises Money for Shelter Cats

9-year-old Ben Miller made a LOT in one weekend working at his lemonade stand.

  • The Boise, Idaho boy made $1,150 in one weekend to help raise money for shelter cats without any toys.
  • His mother set up an event for the fundraiser on Facebook, which attracted several visitors from the area. Some even donated online without buying the lemonade!
  • This was Miller's third lemonade stand event to benefit the cats at the Idaho Humane Society, donating almost $2 thousand over the past three years.
  • Did you ever set up a lemonade stand as a kid? What charities are you passionate about?
