BEVERLY HILLS (CNS) - Fresh off receiving a long-overdue star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame earlier this week, legendary director Francis Ford Coppola will be honored today with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the International Cinematographers Guild's 59th annual ICG Publicists Awards luncheon.

Coppola, director of ``The Godfather'' triology, ``Apocalypse Now'' and numerous other film classics, will be honored along with Michael De Luca and Pamela Abdy, the chairman and president, respectively, of the MGM Motion Picture Group; and Sterlin Harjo and Taika Waititi, co-creators and executive producers of the FX TV series ``Reservation Dogs.''

De Luca and Abdy will receive the Motion Picture Showman of the Year Award, while Harjo and Waititi will be honored with the Television Showman of the Year Award.

The ceremonies will take place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel's International Ballroom.

The ICG Publicists Awards also honor excellence in publicity and promotion campaigns for motion pictures and TV.

More than 800 industry leaders are expected to attend the awards luncheon.
