LOS ANGELES (CNS) - A man who was shot while driving in the Vermont Square area of Los Angeles died today at a hospital, police said.
The man, in his early 50s, was wounded about 10:50 p.m. Thursday near Vernon Avenue and Figueroa Street and crashed his vehicle, the Los Angeles Police Department reported.
Paramedics took him to a hospital, where he died about 6:30 a.m. Friday, police said. His name was withheld, pending notification of his relatives.
