Man Spends Night In Stranger's House After Mistaking It For Airbnb

A man staying in an Airbnb in Florida woke up to make a horrifying discovery... he was staying in the WRONG HOUSE!

Paul Drecksler, who was visiting Miami to attend a friend's wedding, says he arrived at the house around 2 a.m. and saw nothing to indicate he was at the wrong address.

"In the bedroom, the bed was made and ready to go, and there were two clean folded towels waiting for me," Drecksler says.

However, that changed in the morning when he was woken up by the home's confused owner.

"He goes, ‘Hey, can I help you? This is my house,’ and I’m like, ‘Um, no, this is an Airbnb that I rented.’ He goes, ‘No, this is my house,'” Drecksler says.

It turns out Drecksler had entered the wrong address in his GPS!

"In hindsight, now, I look back, all the clues were there," he says. "This is not the right Airbnb, but at 2 o’clock, your brain is like, 'This is it. This is the one.'”
