Air raid sirens once again blared over Ukraine's capital on Wednesday as Russian forces continued to bombard the city of Kyiv.
- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said 52 children have been killed along with thousands of other civilians since Russia's invasion began nearly two weeks ago.
Zelenskyy said, "I will never forgive this."
- Meanwhile, congressional leaders in the U.S. reached a bipartisan deal early Wednesday to provide $13.6 billion to help Ukraine and European allies with the worsening humanitarian crisis as a result of the Russian attacks.
- The United Nations said more than 2 million people have fled Ukraine to neighboring countries.
