IRWINDALE (CNS) - Authorities today identified a man who was fatally shot in the Irwindale area.
The shooting occurred at about 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Rivergrade Road and Brooks Drive, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department reported.
Jeric Wauford, 26, of Los Angeles died at the scene, according to the Los Angeles County coroner's office, which classified the death as a homicide.
No arrests were reported. Anyone with information on the shooting was urged to call the Sheriff's Homicide Bureau at 323-890-5500, or Crime Stoppers at 800-222-TIPS.
