Stabbing Suspect at Large in San Diego

 SAN DIEGO (CNS) - A 23-year old man is hospitalized today after being stabbed in a parking lot in the Kearny Mesa neighborhood of San Diego.  

The victim was dropping off a female friend at approximately 8:14 p.m. Wednesday in the parking lot at 8110 Aero Drive when a man ran up to the victim and began stabbing him several times, said Officer Robert Heims of the San Diego Police Department.  

The victim was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  

Described as a Black man, 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 180 pounds, the suspect ran away in an unknown direction.
