CUDAHY (CNS) - A small earthquake rattled parts of southeastern Los Angeles County today, but there were no reports of any damage or injuries.

The quake, with a preliminary magnitude of 3.3, struck at 9:26 a.m. less than a mile south-southwest of Cudahy and 1.8 miles northeast of Lynwood, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

Southland earthquake expert Lucy Jones wrote on Twitter that the quake was ``quite deep at 14 km,'' but said it was ``probably felt around much of LA basin.''
