Activision Blizzard Employees Pushed Out Over Workplace Misconduct

Dozens of Activision Blizzard employees have been fired, disciplined, or pushed out since the company began dealing with sexual harassment and discrimination allegations last summer.

  • Since last July, 37 workers have left the company, and another 44 have been disciplined due to alleged workplace misconduct.
  • That list does not include CEO Bobby Kotick, who remains on the job despite reports that he knew about or covered up sexual misconduct allegations, as well as accusations he mistreated a former assistant.
  • Activision Blizzard is facing a lawsuit from the state of California over the harassment allegations, and for fostering a 'frat-like' work environment hostile to women and minorities.
  • What does Activision Blizzard need to do to earn the public's trust back? Does Kotick need to resign?
