Fire Damages Fourplex in Vermont Square Area of L.A.; No Injuries Reported

LOS ANGELES (CNS) - A fire damaged a fourplex in the Vermont Square area of Los Angeles today, but no one was hurt.  

Firefighters sent to the 1200 block of West Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard at 6:01 a.m. extinguished the flames in the two-story building in 24 minutes, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.  

The cause of the fire was under investigation.
