On Thursday, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration shared that Tesla has recalled 475 thousand vehicles.
- The recalls come after safety concerns over rearview cameras being damaged by trunk lid closures were reported.
- Tesla announced that it would inspect and fix these issues "free of charge."
- All Model 3 vehicles sold between 2017 and 2020 and Model S sold between 2014 and 2021 are part of the company's biggest single-day recall.
