FULLERTON (CNS) - A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle and killed today in Fullerton, and the motorist was being sought, police said.
The person was injured about 7 a.m. near Bastanchury Road and Brea Boulevard and died at the scene, the Fullerton Police Department reported.
Information was not immediately available on the identity or gender of the fatally injured person. No description was available of the hit-and-run vehicle or driver.
All lanes of Bastanchury Road were closed between Brea Boulevard and Puente Street while an investigation was conducted.
