Police in Arizona seized more than $9 million worth of fentanyl in a record-setting drug bust.
- The haul includes more than 1.7 million pills, 10 kilograms of powdered fentanyl, and one pound of meth, recovered from storage units and homes in the Scottsdale area.
- Attorney General Mark Brnovich said the drug stash was "enough to kill more than half the population of the state of Arizona".
- Overall, more than 9.5 million fentanyl pills have been seized in Arizona this year.
- What's the best way to stop the flow of illegal drugs into the United States? Should the government be devoting more resources into stopping fentanyl trafficking in particular?
