A Super Lotto ticket worth a whopping $38 million was sold at a Santa Clarita gas station.

Officials for the California Lottery said that the winning ticket was sold at the Plum Canyon Shell located on Skyline Ranch Rd. in Santa Clarita. The winning ticket had all six numbers as well as the Mega number.

For selling the winning ticket, the Plum Canyon Shell received $190,000.

According to California Lottery officials, another Powerball ticket sold in Sacramento matched five numbers. That ticket is now worth $1.7 million.

Those who have winning lottery tickets should sign the back of their ticket, make a copy of the front and back, and keep it in a safe place until you are able to claim prizes. If you win more than $600 from buying a lottery ticket, you must complete a California Lottery claim form and send it to a lottery district office immediately!
