The man who wrote the iconic Schoolhouse Rock jingle "I'm Just A Bill" has died at the age of 88.
- Dave Frishberg was a Grammy-nominated jazz composer, singer, and pianist who worked on countless films and TV shows. But he's best known for writing songs for Schoolhouse Rock - educational shorts that would air during Saturday morning cartoons on ABC in the 1970's and 80's.
- "I'm Just A Bill" has been spoofed on shows like Saturday Night Live and The Simpsons - it was even hummed by Pete Buttigieg in the recent documentary Mayor Pete.
