Orange County Sex Offender Charged With Indecent Exposure

FULLERTON (CNS) - A registered sex offender pleaded not guilty today to exposing himself in Anaheim.  

Dallas Austin Moore is accused of exposing himself in public on Tuesday. Details of the allegations were not immediately available from police.

Moore is charged with a felony count of indecent exposure with a prior conviction for indecent exposure as well as felony counts of failing to register as a sex offender upon release from incarceration and failing to notify law enforcement of a change of address within five days.

Moore is also charged with a misdemeanor count of a transient's failure to register within five days of coming into an area.

Moore pleaded guilty Dec. 14 to a misdemeanor count of lewd conduct in a public place.

Moore pleaded guilty in August 2018 to a misdemeanor count of indecent exposure.

Moore was convicted in a jury trial in April 2017 of two counts of lewd conduct in a public place and single counts each of indecent exposure and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.

Moore pleaded guilty to misdemeanor counts in January 2015 of lewd conduct in a public place and corporal injury on a spouse.

Moore pleaded guilty in January 2016 to a felony count of assault with a deadly weapon.

Moore was next due in court Nov. 29 for a pretrial hearing in the North Justice Center in Fullerton.
