Little Change to Average Southland Gas Prices

LOS ANGELES (CNS) - The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County rose two-tenths of a cent today for the second consecutive day to $4.445.

The average price is at its highest amount since Oct. 23, 2012, and 1.9 cents more than one week ago, 3.8 cents higher than one month ago and $1.254 greater than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and the Oil Price Information Service.

The Orange County average price was unchanged, remaining at $4.409, one day after rising six-tenths of a cent. It is 1.4 cents more than one week ago, 4.8 cents higher than one month ago and $1.251 greater than one year ago.
