Missing Woman With Memory Loss Last Seen in Carson

CARSON (CNS) - A 72-year-old woman who suffers from memory loss is missing and detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department are seeking the public's help in finding her.

Clara Ann Archie Norwood, a Los Angeles County resident, was last seen Monday at 7 a.m. in the 21000 block of South Prospect Avenue in Carson, said Deputy Tracy Koerner of the Sheriff's Information Bureau.

Norwood is Black, 5-feet-7 inches tall, weighs 220 pounds and has brown eyes and straight brown hair, Koerner said. She wears glasses, was last seen wearing multicolor pajamas and has a 3-to 4 inch scar on her chest.

Anyone with information about Norwood's whereabouts was asked to contact the Sheriff's Department's Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500. Anonymous tips can be called in to Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477 or submitted online at lacrimestoppers.org.
