Just this week, the 63-year-old Cuomo filed for retirement, which become effective on Sept. 1st. This filing will grant him a state pension of roughly $50,000 a year!

But that's not all... Cuomo also granted clemency to 10 convicted felons, for offenses ranging from drug possession to second-degree murder.

"One of the foundational promises of New York State is that of equal justice, and equal compassion, for all under the law," Governor Cuomo said. "These ten clemencies are another step on the long march towards a more fair, more just, more equitable, and more empathetic New York. I thank all the volunteer attorneys representing clemency applicants for their dedication and service to the cause of justice and rehabilitation."

Cuomo will officially resign next week, in the wake of sexual harassment allegations from 11 different women.
