BUENA PARK (CNS) - A shirtless man climbed to the top of a ride tonight at Knott's Berry Farm, prompting road closures and a police and fire department response.
Police were trying to talk the man down from the Supreme Scream ride, which he was reported to have been atop around 8 p.m. Saturday, according to Buena Park police. It was unclear how he managed to climb the ride.
La Palma Avenue was closed between Beach Boulevard and Western Avenue, and police tweeted, urging people to stay away from the area.
