LANCASTER (CNS) - Authorities today circulated a photo of a 41-year-old woman with bipolar disorder who went missing in Lancaster.
Cecilia Ceja was last seen late on the afternoon of July 7 in the 1300 Block of Avenue I, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
Ceja is Hispanic, 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds, with brown shoulder-length hair, hazel eyes and a tattoo of the words "DJ Plebe" on her right shoulder. She was last seen wearing a pink tube top and gray sweatpants.
