Firefighters Battle Structure Blaze in Arlington Heights

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS (CNS) - Firefighters this morning were battling a blaze on both floors of a vacant two-story building in Arlington Heights.

Crews were called at 1:48 a.m. to 2464 W. Venice Blvd., the site of a previous fire, said Los Angeles Fire Department spokeswoman Margaret Stewart. They were still in a defensive mode as of about 2 a.m.

The cause of the fire was under investigation.
