Waffle House Heros Help Grad Get To Ceremony

Timothy Harrison was all set to graduate from high School—he even got the day off from his job at a Waffle House.

But when the big day came, he found himself with no way to get the event or pick up his cap and gown.

So he went to work instead. That’s when the manager leapt into action. He took Timothy to get his cap and gown.

Meanwhile, the other staff, in conjunction with the patrons, chipped in a got him a nice outfit to wear to the ceremony. Then his manager took him to the event an hour away.

Once the story hit local media, Timothy found himself with a full scholarship courtesy of Lawson State College.
