A dog that went missing after it was ejected from a vehicle in a car accident has been found – herding sheep in Idaho.
- Linda Oswald was driving her SUV along Idaho State Highway 41 Sunday when she was involved in an accident that sent her border collie Tilly crashing through the rear window, Oswald says. The startled dog then ran off, prompting a massive search for the family pet. After 10 hours, they gave up, Oswald says.
- It turns out Tilly found her way to a sheep farm near Rathum, where the owners say she just showed up one day and started herding sheep. They saw a photo of Tilly on Facebook, contacted Oswald and the dog is now back with her family, Oswald says.
