LOS ANGELES (CNS) - Firefighters knocked down a blaze that destroyed a detached garage at a home in the Florence area of Los Angeles.
The blaze at 205 Gage Ave. was reported at 11:59 p.m. Thursday, according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Nicholas Prange.
The department dispatched 26 firefighters to the scene and knocked adown the flames in about 18 minutes, Prange said.
No injuries were reported and the cause was under investigation.
