The pandemic created a new world for all of us. In a more socially distant world, retailers have had to revamp their businesses and get resourceful. Now that we hopefully are coming out of the pandemic, retailers are trying to find the balance between utilizing e-commerce to sell their products and expand their reach, while also managing their brick-and-mortar locations..

As business owners navigate splitting time between their brick-and-mortar stored and online retail - - it is creating new issues as to where they should invest in their time and money. Retailers have been put in a tough position having to monitor people for masks and now vaccinations.
