PARAMOUNT (CNS) - The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department today announced it is seeking the public's assistance to locate a missing 33-year-old man who suffers from bipolar disorder and schizophrenia and was last seen in Paramount.
Vincent Quair Lopez -- also known by the nicknames "Chuecko," "Speed" and "Snap" -- was last seen about noon on April 30 in the 6500 block of San Vicente Street, according to an LASD statement.
Lopez is Hispanic, 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighs 200 pounds, with brown eyes and short black hair. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black shorts and white shoes.
Lopez also has a tattoo of three dots under his right eye and a tattoo of the letters "FF" on his back.
