A Utah woman who disappeared five months ago has been found - apparently on an extended camping trip.
- The 47-year-old woman was reported missing back in November after her abandoned car was found in a campground parking lot near Spanish Fork Canyon. But on Sunday, a park ranger and drone operator came across a tent where the woman had been living all this time.
- Officials say the woman "knowingly chose to remain in the area" all this time, foraging for grass, moss, and water from a nearby river.
- The woman appeared weak and malnourished and was taken to a hospital for a mental evaluation - but park authorities say she "did nothing against the law".
- How long could you survive in the wilderness?
