INGLEWOOD (CNS) - A pedestrian was struck by a car and killed today on a San Diego (405) Freeway collector road in the Inglewood area, authorities said.
The person was injured about 5 a.m. on the road leading from the northbound freeway to Century Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Information on the identity of the fatally injured person, who died at the scene, was not immediately available. The circumstances of the death were under investigation.
