President Biden has good news for those who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19:
"The bottom line is clear: If you're vaccinated, you can do more things, more safely, both outdoors as well as indoors. So for those who haven't gotten their vaccination yet, especially if you're younger, or thinking you don't need it -- this is another great reason to go get vaccinated. Now."
Biden is urging all eligible people to get vaccinated and to do it quickly so Americans can return to a more normal lifestyle. New CDC guidelines were released today and say fully vaccinated people do not need to wear masks at small outdoor gatherings or when dining with people from multiple households outside. But people who are unvaccinated should still wear a mask, even when outside.
The federal health agency recommends that all people should avoid large indoor gatherings at this time – whether you are fully vaccinated or not.
