LOS ANGELES (CNS) - A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and killed this morning in the Florence area of South Los Angeles.
The crash was reported at 1:24 a.m. at 100 E. 71st St., according to the Los Angeles Fire Department's Margaret Stewart.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene, Stewart said.
The person's age and gender were not available, she said.
