DOWNEY (CNS) - A vehicle crashed into a tree in Downey this morning, killing the driver, police said.
Officers responded about 1:40 a.m. to the 8800 block of Imperial Highway, where they found the driver, who was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Downey Police Department.
Details of what led to the crash were not immediately available.
The age, gender and name of the victim was not disclosed.
