Fire Damages Duplex in Boyle Heights Area of L.A.; No Injuries Reported

LOS ANGELES (CNS) - Fire damaged a duplex in the Boyle Heights area today, but no one was hurt.

Firefighters sent to the 2600 block of East Michigan Avenue at 4:58 a.m. extinguished the flames in about 45 minutes, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The cause of the fire was under investigation.
