USC Trojans Release 2021 Football Schedule, With Seven of 12 Games at Home

LOS ANGELES (CNS) - USC released its 2021 football schedule today, with a 12-game slate marking a return to normalcy after the team's coronavirus-shortened 2020 season was limited to five regular-season games.

The Trojans will play seven games at the Coliseum and five games on the road, including the traditional game against Notre Dame on Oct. 23 in South Bend, Indiana.

USC will play nine Pac-12 games, and three non-conference games against San Jose State, BYU and the Irish.

The Trojans will open Sept. 4 with a home game against San Jose State, followed a week later by another home game against Stanford before heading out on the road to play Washington State on Sept. 18.

The Trojans will have a bye on Oct. 16 before playing Notre Dame, and will close the regular season with back-to-back home games against UCLA and BYU.

This will be the first time since 2009 that USC will play all of its regular season games on Saturdays.
