Amazon has been trying to spruce up their app icon's image, but it was not without controversy.
- The new icon was rolled out for its mobile app in January, but has once again gotten a makeover after complaints that it included a resemblance to Adolf Hitler's mustache.
- The new design originally featured a cardboard box with the company's signature smile and what appears to be a piece of blue tape on the top.
- After complaints that the tape resembled a Hitler mustache, it was altered to look more like it was folded over.
- Did you also notice the way the app icon looked? Do you think the change was necessary?
