In what’s sure to be seen as a peak in technology for some, KFC has entered the gaming business.
The fast-food chain has launched an Intel-powered gaming console while partnering with hardware manufacturer Cooler Master to build what’s being called a chicken chamber, designed to keep its snacking contents hot without having to disrupt intense gaming sessions.
As for gaming, the console can handle virtual reality games and 4k display compatibility, all while keeping your meal warm.
Mark Cheevers is the PR & social media guy at KFC UK & Ireland. In a press release, he appealed to the gaming industries' top manufacturers. “If Sony or Microsoft want any tips on how to engineer a chicken chamber for their efforts next time, they’d be welcome to get in touch.”
There’s been no word on pricing or when the KFConsole will be released.
