Help Locating Man Missing Near VA Campus in Westwood

WESTWOOD (CNS) - Authorities today disseminated a photo of a 44-year-old man who suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder and has been missing from the vicinity of the West Los Angeles Veteran Affairs campus in the Westwood area for five days.

Jepthah Micah Hardison was last seen about 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 11300 block of Wilshire Boulevard, near the 400-acre VA campus close to the San Diego (405) Freeway.

Family members of Hardison haven't heard from him and “are very concerned,'' said Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Deputy Trina Schrader.

Hardison, who is described as 5 feet, 8 inches tall with brown hair and blue eyes, suffers from PTSD “and other various medical conditions,'' Schrader said.

He was last seen wearing a red, brown and white shirt with jeans and brown boots.

Anyone with information on Hardiman's whereabouts was asked to contact the sheriff department's Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500.
