This week we'd like to introduce you to Java, a small but fierce kitten who has already been through so much in his short life.
When rescuers found Java, he had multiple fractures to his femur and a surgeon was able to place a pin in it to try to heal the leg. But the leg wasn't healing properly and eventually vets had no choice but to amputate it. But, he's doing really great now in the care of ARE Animal Rescue in Hemet.
