One of our favorite things ever is the live eagle cam that is set up so people can watch the birds begin nesting.
"Friends of Big Bear Valley" are hosting the feed of two adult bald eagles, named Jackie and Shadow, who are building out their nest in the Big Bear area.
The San Bernardino National Forest has closed a hiking trail and other areas around their nest to protect them because any human interference could cause them to abandon the nest if they feel threatened.
Jackie and Shadow should soon be on their way to nesting on eggs and thanks to the beloved live cam, you can watch the magic happen.
