GARDEN GROVE (CNS) - The California Highway Patrol issued a Silver Alert this morning for a 76-year-old man last seen driving in Garden Grove with his 5-year-old granddaughter.
John Phan was last seen at about 5:0 p.m. Thursday, according to the CHP.
He is believed to be driving with his granddaughter, Natalie Phan, in a white 2016 Toyota Rav4, California license plate number 7RFL356.
John Phan is described as Asian, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 130 pounds, with black hair, wearing a yellow shirt and blue shorts. He suffers from a medical condition that may cause him to become disoriented.
Natalie Phan is 3 feet tall, 70 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
