People are getting really frustrated with Gov. Gavin Newsom.
After the French Laundry restaurant fiasco, botched COVID leadership and a miserable EDD failure people want him OUT.
Enter the current Mayor of San Diego Kevin Faulconer.
On Tuesday, Fox 11 LA released photos of the party that seemingly refuted Newsom's defense that the event was held outdoors, and on Thursday, the governor issued a mandatory 10 p.m. curfew in 41 counties that several sheriff's offices are already refusing to enforce. Several health experts are skeptical the curfew will have any effect on the spread of the virus.
Newsom has taken fire from just about everyone across the political spectrum for his perceived hypocrisy as cases and hospitalizations rise in the state once again, but one critic's attacks are particularly eye-catching.
Immediately after the French Laundry story broke, San Diego Mayor Kevin Faulconer, a Republican who has been in his post since 2014, took to Twitter to excoriate the sitting governor.
John & Ken talked to Mayor Kevin Faulconer about Newsom's failures.
Keep in mind, Faulconer is a "moderate" Republican....but he may be someone who is electable in this ridiculously blue state.
