Two USC Athletes Test Positive For The Coronavirus

LOS ANGELES (CNS) - One athlete each on two USC teams not actively participating in workouts on campus has tested positive for the coronavirus since the last report, the university announced today.

Both athletes were put into isolation. The teams the athletes were members of was not identified.

USC conducted 1,086 COVID-19 tests on athletes since results of its previous testing report were released to the news media last Monday.

Since testing began in mid-June, there have been 25 positive tests among the 8,891 conducted on USC athletes. The percentage of positive tests is 0.28%.
