While Election Day is only a few weeks away, Los Angeles County officials are inviting registered voters to make their voices heard before the Nov. 3rd general election.
Beginning this Saturday, Oct. 24th, L.A. County will open 118 safe and secure Vote Centers across the Southland for in-person voting from 10 AM to 7 PM. These locations will remain open every day. Beginning Friday, October 30 additional Vote Centers will open to voters through Election Day.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, L.A. County officials say all locations will be following public health and safety guidelines while at the vote centers, such as:
- Wearing face coverings
- Social distancing
- Wiping and sanitizing all surfaces and devices
- Using personal protective equipment
Voters who want to vote in person can also save themselves some time using two helpful tools being provided by the Registrar-Recorder's office.
