Outrage is pouring out over the lack of charges in the killing of Breonna Taylor.
A Kentucky grand jury only brought charges of "wanton endangerment" against ex-officer Brett Hankinson for shooting into Taylor's neighbors' homes.
Protests in Louisville broke out almost immediately after the charges were announced and ABC News Correspondent Jim Ryan was on scene and spoke with Handel this morning to discuss what went on.
