A suspect is still at large in ambush-style shooting of two LA Sheriff's Department Saturday night, at the Compton Metro Station. Surveillance video showed the suspect, reportedly an African-American in his late 20s, sneak from behind the parked police vehicle, before firing multiple shots at the officers, before awkwardly running away.
According to Sheriff Alex Villanueva, both deputies survived the shooting, are listed in stable condition, and are recovering at St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood.
A $100,000 reward is being offered to anyone willing to give information about the identity of the shooter.
