Monrovia Teens Launch Business Painting Team Logos on Front Yards

Two Monrovia brothers turned a practical joke into a thriving business.

Zachary and Joshua Menlove created a business where they'll paint your favorite Los Angeles sports team logo on your front lawn.

The boys say LA Lawn Art started as a prank on a family friend where they spray painted the Dodger logo on their lawn.

The friend and their neighbors loved it and asked the boys if they can do the same for their front yards.

Zachary says he and his little brother began painting up to 20 houses a week, making about $1,000 last month alone.

They make the logo stencils with wood and say the designs can last up to two to three weeks.

While the duo live in Monrovia, they say they are getting requests from all over SoCal.
